Every time we come, the food is great, the staff are kind, and our food is always ready at the window. This Christmas Eve, we picked up a catering order, and we were greeted by Justin, who was phenomenal. He was so incredibly kind, happy to help us because we needed extra sides, and he took the time to ask us about our negative experiences at the Middletown location. Additionally, he ensured that our catering order was ready and accurate. The catering order was filled with high-quality ingredients, making us all happy and full. Thank you!

I ordered a veggie bowl and they had run out of veggies so I was asked to sit for 5 min. 30 minutes later, they started waiting on customers who came in after me, did not acknowledge me, or apologize for the wait. Meanwhile, employees were on their cell phones texting. Aside from all that, the place is filthy. Food scraps on the tables, dust on the windows and the floors were gross.
