It had been sitting there the entire time. On top of that, I saw Anju being rude to other customers as well. Very disappointing experience, and the customer service was not acceptable!

J’ai attendu plus de 10 minutes dans la file, et en arrivant à la caisse, la caissière m’a dit que les paiements par carte se font uniquement aux bornes, et qu’elle ne prend que l’argent comptant. Donc, nous n’avons plus le droit de choisir comment payer ? J’ai toujours payé à la caisse, et maintenant, après avoir attendu, on me renvoie vers une machine. À quoi sert la caissière alors, juste pour décorer ? Je suis partie et j’ai acheté mon café ailleurs. Je ne veux pas participer à ce genre de politique qui déshumanise le service et fait perdre du temps aux clients. Si nous acceptons tout sans rien dire, nous faisons partie du problème.
