- KKKate KDec 26, 20252.0I had a disappointing experience here on 26.12.25. I was buying around 23 chocolates to add to my previous purchase from this same store. A staff member insisted I use a smaller bag labeled for 16 chocolates. I explained I wanted to combine these with chocolates I had already bought here, but she wouldn't listen and kept insisting I take the smaller bag. I transferred my chocolates, only 16 fit - the rest didn't fit at all, so I had to leave them behind. Having to repack everything in front of other customers felt uncomfortable. I love Lindt chocolates, but this rigid approach over a bag size meant I couldn't buy what I wanted. I hope customer service improves at this location.

On se faisait quasiment harceler pendant qu’on prenait le temps à choisir nos chocolats. Ainsi, cela m’a donné le goût de partir sans rien acheter.
