He also claimed to have a photo which is entirely untrue, as nothing was ever delivered. This level of conduct is completely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed by the disrespect I encountered and by the overall handling of this situation. No customer should be treated in this manner, and I expect this issue to be addressed promptly.
