  I ordered a breakfast sandwich. Order was wrong and English muffin was soggy and not edible. Despite no clients at the counter, I waited more than 10 minutes for a sandwich with hash browns. No, they had everything already prepared I watched, the staff had zero motivation to serve the clients rapidly. Disappointing service and food quality. They were polite but zero sense of urgency to serve clients. Lettuce was wilted and soggy as well. Just inedible. Saving grace? Hash brown potatoes were good!

  English (Google Maps review) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Burger King is a standout — exceptionally clean and well-maintained compared to many BKs I’ve visited in Montréal. 🇨🇦 The sandwiches are carefully prepared and taste fresh. 🍔✨ The crew work very hard and deserve praise — friendly, attentive, and clearly proud of their station. 👏🙌 One request for management: during peak hours there should be more staff at the registers. Right now one person is handling the inside customers while another watches outside, which creates long lines and frustration. ⏳👥 Please add extra hands at busy times so the team’s great service and cleanliness aren’t overshadowed by long waits.   Une commande sur deux, rien ne va. Là en l'occurrence, j'ai demandé une bouteille d'eau, je me retrouve avec un grand coke, le burger n'est pas conforme à celui qu'on a demandé. Le coke que je n'ai pas demandé à imbibé le reste de la commande (et c'est ça en permanence, faites quelque chose avec vos gobelets, c'est immangeable) je déconseille fortement de prendre du BK à emporter.

  Plenty of staff. Lacks organization and possibly training. Thank goodness for an older lady maybe in her 40’s who was able to get something moving. I’d recommend « zoning » the team to ensure a smoother operation. There were literally too many chefs in the kitchen and not enough ensuring the orders get packaged and delivered timely and accurately.
