  Its 1st of January and the time is 2:50 the employee at the drive through the name i guess was something like Flitch. I not a racist person just to describe she is a black lady with blue hair she doesn’t have etiquettes at all and also she was so rude I don’t think so she should work here with that behaviour my drink was flat it was just a sweet water and I asked here to replace my drink and she didn’t listened to what i was saying and she slammed the door at my face and even she didn’t let me complete my self it was so disrespectful to me and guess what i got the flat drink again if she don’t know how to behave as customer service representative she should not be at the drive though as it is new year she was there to spoil my new year night. There is no zero star option in the service and atmosphere other wise I would have given that instead of one star. This thing should be considered by there manager or who ever is looking after these reviews thing otherwise there no point of putting the reviews at McDonalds reviews are there to make things better. Thanks if this thing is considered by anyone. I would really appreciate If i hear something back.

  I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience at the Champlain McDonald’s branch. At 11.30 pm 30/12/2025 On my visit, I ordered fries, but unfortunately, I received them cold. When I approached the drive-thru window to address the issue, the staff did not open the window and were unresponsive. I then circled back through the drive-thru and explained once again that the fries were cold and that this was not the first time this had happened. The staff informed me that they would still provide cold fries as they were from the same batch. When I requested fresh, hot fries and mentioned that I could wait, one of the employees then slammed the drive-thru window in my face and went inside to bring back the same cold fries, ignoring my request. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action. I believe that customers deserve respectful and quality service, and I hope this issue will be addressed promptly. I would like to specifically mention the staff member who was unprofessional. She was a heavier-set girl, wearing a blue or black mask, and her behavior was not appropriate. It’s important to address her specifically, so that the complaint is directed accurately.

  Hello, I would like to make a complaint about my recent visit to McDonald’s,by drive thru One of the female staff members was very rude and unprofessional in her behavior. Her tone was disrespectful and she did not communicate properly. This experience was very disappointing and not what I expect from McDonald’s customer service. I hope you will look into this matter and ensure better service in the future. Thank you

  Le personnel (gérant et commis) est désagréable et n'est aucunement professionnel, je suis arrivé pour prendre ma commande via uber, et j'ai stationné a la place handicapé ( qui est le plus proche de l'entrée a 2 am, il fait froid il y a de la neige) je ne derangeais personne ma commande était prête, je voulais juste faire vite, la commis a refuser catégoriquement de me donner ma commande car il fallait que je deplace ma voiture dans un parking vide a 2 du matin, je lui ai dis que je suis la juste pour pick up ma commande, mon moteur tourne encore, elle aurait pu me la donner et je pars aussi vite que je suis arrivé. Elle a refusé et elle m'a menacé d'appeler la police. J'étais obligé d'annuler ma commande et partir.
