Me and my husband ordered two breakfast trios( egg and cheese/bacon on English muffin, one was suppose to be the same but WITHOUT cheese. We thought we could trust the employee to make the order properly but as soon as we opened the bag. They did not tell us about not having hashbrowns after 11, instead they gave us fries and my husbands egg/bacon McMuffin had cheese on it. Do people even listen or write down proper things? I will never go back again. They never told us that they stopped serving hashbrowns after 11, nor did they write down that one egg trio was WITHOUT CHEESE. NEVER AGAIN THIS MCDONALDS

When I brought it to their attention, there was no apology, no responsibility, and zero respect. This is completely unacceptable. Serving the wrong food is one thing, but showing no basic courtesy or professionalism is far worse. This location seriously needs to train its staff on customer service, cultural sensitivity, and simply doing their job properly.

Christian ( one of the managers) came out and started talking to me with attitude. That's not new because I've witnessed him getting into alterations with other crew members before in front of customers. Instead of making me a new and fresh coffee, he said there is nothing he can do for me. I then asked for a refund and he gave me less than what I paid for. I had to remind him about my change and he went inside and brought the rest and literally threw it in my hand before returning to the store, that was so unprofessional. Also, this store keeps on marking pickup orders as ready while they're far from being ready.
