After placing my order, I asked for a small cardboard cup to get tap water. The staff member, who said she was the manager, told me I would be charged $1.75. When I politely explained that tap water is usually free, she responded with “I’m damn sure” in a rude and dismissive tone.
She then spoke in another language and became unprofessional instead of calmly explaining the situation. Regardless of policy, the attitude and lack of basic customer respect were unacceptable.
Customer service should be respectful and professional. Unfortunately, this was not the case here.

Manager was freaking out.....when a customer stated there is 5 ppl in line.....the crew trainer told the customers they had to wait while he chatted with the manager and waited to pack uber eats meals that werent even ready.....instead of taking any orders when I asked to speak with the manager and I asked for his name he freaked out said no told me to leave.....smh pathetic ill be contacting you're franchise owner.....

Was in there today and ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. I got my coffee , I was told to sit down and Harlem ( or whatever her name is) will bring the food to me.
I waited 15 min...nothing...I asked her again...she said they're still preparing them.6 other people got there food before me.i asked for a refund and she was really ignorant.
This is a fast food restaurant...it can't be that hard to make two sandwiches....I don't have time for that because I have to work.
This is totally unacceptable and I will call cooperate...and by the way...why are there no canadians working anymore? Customer

I can't rate the food because they wouldn't serve me any 15 min before closing, drinks only , I got my drink , cashier followed me out and locked the gate at 9:50 pm , open till 10 but not really
