    This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at McDonald’s. My Double Quarter Cheese burger was completely burnt and inedible, and when I brought it to the front counter, the staff ignored my complaint, leaving me waiting with no explanation or communication. Manager Saman Preet handled the refund but did not say a single word of apology or even attempt to engage with me. This is not just a one-time mistake—it reflects serious failures in both food quality and customer service. I strongly urge caution when visiting this location and hope McDonald’s corporate addresses these ongoing management and service issues.

    I got a chicken nugget grinch meal for 15.99can and our food was cold 🥶 and we did not even get our sour cream and onion dipping sauce!!!

    I must say I was happy with the friendly customer service and the main thing the place looked really clean for a busy spot. I really don’t my giving this McDonald’s a good rating because they sure deserve it as the food tasted yummy and so fresh. With that being said I will most definitely being going back there when I am that way again.

    Honestly don’t bother going in the drive-thru line unless you want to burn some gas for fun. The minutes it will take you to go in and get your order will be nothing compared to waiting in your car. Staff is nice and friendly inside too.
