Now luckily my boyfriend took a single bite before me due to my personal allergies. But what’s mind boggling is how at 10:35 we call to see if we maybe got the wrong order they state their Phillies always come with marinara sauce. Now on their website when ordering online it says they close at 11:25 and google says 11. Us living 2 min away was willing to drive to get the same order with no marinara and the person over the phone stated “I turned my girl off about 10 minutes ago there’s not much I can do” after verifying the website and what we ordered specifically to see if we happened to skip over the marinara sauce ingredient I notice the single word “sauce”. Of course a refund wasn’t something they could accommodate as the manager wasn’t available which was disappointing as I of course cannot eat mine and my boyfriend only took a single bite. I’ve had plenty of Philly cheesesteaks from here and always go in person... I guess tip for the owner or who ever is managing the websites for ordering online I would try to clarify more on what your ingredients as someone with a handful of allergies we rely on transparency.
