We stopped in at 6:31pm on 11/14/25 we went through the drive thru. My brother-inlaw wanted a double quarter pounder meal and a cup of water. They want to charge a additional .70 for a bottle of water. No offense bit it's not hard to just get a cup of water being the drink is included in the meal. When the bag was handed out it had a substance running down the side of the bag. Then to top it off the double quarter pounder was raw meat. I have never been so disappointed until I went to call the manager and let them know but the automated thing kept saying I won 100 dollar gift card to Wall mart and I'm to press one to redeem. I didn't want to redeem it I wanted a Manager. I'm sure if I'd have pressed one it would have said you win but pay for shipping or some crap. What a terrible time. I get it's fast food but atleast act like you care. This has been the first time and normally I can brush stuff off but raw meat. Absolutely unexceptable

Stopped in drivethrough on my way home from work,easy in and out. Waited a few minutes, but not so long as when I tried the dining room on a past visit around 1 :30 PM and waited over 15 minutes before I realized you have to do either online order or use the computerized order stations. I suffer from painful arthritis in my hands and the system did not respond to my touch. Another waiting customer suggested I needed to carry a stylus as he left with his food. Left without any staff interaction.
Today's visit was totally different! Drive-thru was busy but moved quickly. Staff was helpful and menu easily visible. Each staff person did their part efficiently, but interacted personally with me. Value menu options pointed out to me so I took advantage of the buy 1 get $1. Option on double cheeseburgers. Food was McDonalds good. I have returned for this same order on days off with my little dog so, he now hurries to the door when I say cheeseburger.

It was the average McDonald's meal. Went in Sunday morning rush and still got my order taken and out the drive thru in less then 15 minutes. Although they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich they made it right and gave me the one i received first for free. Overall happy with the experience.
