Ordered takeout from kiosk and got home only to realize that each mcmuffin looked like it was dropped on the floor. Full of dirt and hair. I filed at least 15 complaints through the app as well as numerous phone calls to McDonald's support phone line. Nothing has been done to resolve or acknowledge the problem. The store should be overhauled and under responsible management.

I could not get my app to work properly at the window, but Destiny J. was the sweetest person! She was so kind and patient with me especially with them being so busy on this holiday night.
