This was the pancake they decided to serve at the bottom of the stack so it wouldn't be seen until it was at home. Just lazy. It wasn't cooked properly and it looks like some one took a bite out of it. Wish I could give this place a better review.

Waited 2 cars ahead to order, when I got up to order the board was not visible as I could not move forward enough due to traffic, I was not asked if my order was correct I was just told my cost. When I was told my total I realized that a meal was missing. When I got to first window to pay, they went to asked the manager who told them they could not add anything. When I went to 2cd window to get my food I asked to talk to manager. I explained what happened and she said you need to watch the board and when they asked you if it's correct that is when you add or correct. I told her the board was not visible and the employee did not ask if everything was correct. She just told me a total and left. The manager said there is nothing she can do and I would have to go back in line. I again tried to explain that staff needs to be sure they ask if everything is correct and that they are not doing that and there needs to be a way to reach someone if something is not correct. The manager on duty 12/3/25 at McDonald's in Womelsdorf just walked away. Just think this is bad service. I understand they are busy but if employees are not doing what they should be to prevent issues like this It should not be the customers issue. I had 3 meals for 4 grandchildren and yes I could have went back in line and waited another 20 + mins but seems if it was not your mistake you should not have to do that.
