Young people that work at night always rude,and always laughing and joking ( not sure if is about costumers)and they always say they out of things.but they are not. I think They just don't want to make more so they rather say "they are out".

There was stuff all over the floor, food still on tables etc. Then it took about 15 mins to get my food, fries where cold & my Caramel Frappe was 40% ice, I couldn't even finish it because it wasn't blended completely. I was standing at the counter to try and talk to someone, just to have 2-3 people walk by and not even acknowledge that I or anyone else was at the counter. Just seemed super unorganized, dirty and customer service was terrible. Definitely a big change from a year or so ago before they did the ugly remodel on the interior.
