On 1/10/26 around 8:20pm I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s. In the drive-thru, the employee was rude and dismissive, repeatedly talking over me and never asking if I had a mobile order or requesting my app code, which is standard McDonald’s protocol. When I tried to explain, I wasn’t given a chance to speak.
What made it worse was that I was spoken to in a way that felt inappropriate, especially in front of my family who were in the car with me.
I went inside the restaurant to calmly ask why the normal mobile order process wasn’t followed. Instead of help, I was immediately met by a tall, heavyset male employee who interrupted me before I could explain, spoke to me in a hostile and dismissive manner, and repeatedly stated that he had “been doing this a long time” rather than addressing the issue.
Customer service, professionalism, and basic communication were completely lacking. This experience has definitely made me reconsider returning to this location.

Ordered food from the crappy machine in the lobby, paid for it, and then didnt print out receipt. Waited 30 mins for my food never recieved it had to leave without my food or refund because i was unable to get anyones attention in the store. Wont be coming back

I pulled up to the drive through and ordered at 9:48PM. I was the only car in the parking lot. I didn't get my food until after 10PM. As I went to pull out of the drive through I realized I was given the wrong order and turned around right away. There were other cars in the drive through now. I didn't get my food until 10:16PM, 28 minutes after originally ordering my food. And it was cold, because they gave me the food they had originally made for my order that had now been sitting for some time.
Was on the phone with corporate during the second half of this. Corporate logged my complaint. That's it. No attempt to make it right. I definitely will never eat at this McDonald's again, and I may never stop at any McDonald's ever again.
