New to the area, I stumbled into this modest spot and immediately realized I have been looking for this chicken my entire life. The mild has the exact level of heat where you are guaranteed to meet your daily water intake, yet it never sacrifices flavor. That balance is rare. This place must be protected at all costs. If you have been chasing the dragon trying to get your hot chicken fix, stop. Accept that this place exists. I only ordered the signature chicken sandwich and some tenders to go, and it still slapped just as hard when I got home, which is normally where great food becomes “less than” the in-resturant dining experience..My only regret was not ordering more. Easy five stars. I wish I could give six. My descendants will hear about this chicken whether they want to or not.

I was worried about finding something I liked since I don’t do spicy and my partner does, but we both had incredible meals—loaded hot shot fries were TO DIE FOR, and “The Dolly” chicken sandwich was one of the best things I’ve ever had. The chicken was perfect: big, juicy, tender and crisp! My partner loved his hot chicken tenders and the amazing sauce selection!

The communication from Fire Nashville Hot Chicken was timely and clear and the food spoke for itself! The chicken was juicy and flavorful but the skin was still crispy and tender. Everything was incredibly well seasoned from the sandwiches, to the cheesesteaks, to the tenders and all the apps we received with our catering order were perfectly complimentary to the main chicken dishes. The portion sizes were also generous for the price. Fire Nashville Hot Chicken is definitely a hidden gem to try out!
