- ACAl CDec 25, 20251.0Christmas Eve supposed to be open until 7pm on Google but they didn't update Google. Who uses that anyway? The flashing open signs were a classy touch to the incompetence.

I went in store and asked the employee to please honor the coupon and the employee told me the scan did not work. I showed him multiple times the coupon was in date and asked if he could find a way to honor the coupon and employee refused and just kept saying it doesn't work. horrible attitude, no customer service, and no follow up from location when I sent in a complaint. this location is constantly understaffed and the staff they do have has been unpleasant to work with.

Store is currently being renovated. Employees were complaining about management of the store. The manager/owner obviously doesn’t care about the reviews. I don’t see one response from the owner/manager.

I felt uncomfortable ordering my food, communication was delayed and they just did the typical Gen Z blank stare. This place gave the twilight zone. I ordered a chocolate glazed donut, I got a regular glazed donut instead. I say "have a great day" and they just stare... save your time and money guys.
