Called the second time, told them it was a medium, they swore up and down that’s just what their large size looks like for those drinks, I told them we received a large before and this was clearly a medium just for her to tell me I never did..how can you tell me what I haven’t got before?😂 Just for comparison, i also ordered a MEDIUM frappe which was the correct size, so tell me why all the cups are the same size and they all say MEDIUM on the side? Genuinely hilarious, I wish it let me upload a picture here because I 10000% would.

They really need to figure out the system or hire more employees. It’s all the time that food is always wrong or cold whenever we get the food.
