    Warren Pennsylvania McDonald's is super disrespectful unprofessional and to a point they break the law with the way they treat their customers especially when I ask one of their employees to not have contact with my children and they continue to hug my child nothing was done about it and it's been more than 90 days since the incident there's been reoccurring issues if my kids didn't want McDonald's I wouldn't never spend my money there again at least at that location McDonald's is great but their food service atmosphere and cleanliness is not even a one star I have to hit one star to be able to leave a comment

    Ever since the remodel, the service has been shit. The wait time is astronomically high for even one item such as a drink. It takes 10 minutes if they even noticed that you’re standing out there the fact that they prioritize DoorDash Uber eats over those who placed order in the house or online and are there to pick up absolutely ridiculous I have sat and waited for my food for over an hour because three DoorDash orders came in after mine and they chose to not do in-house pick up or eat ends prior to DoorDash if you are looking for a quick easy on the go. This is not your average McDonald’s. It takes way too long. The quality of the food is no better almost worse than your normal anywhere else McDonald’s

    I got a delivery order from them Saturday the 11th. My two pack of pies was missing. Upon calling, I spoke to Robert I believe and he put my name down and said I could come get em when I can. I really appreciated the fix.
