Dear Management,
I’m writing to report an unpleasant experience I had at your drive-thru this evening, October 18, 2025, around 8:03 PM. There was one Black female employee who behaved very unprofessionally. She did not take orders through the speaker, so I waited several minutes. Then she told me to come to the first window to place my order. I politely mentioned that if the drive-thru speaker is not being used, it should be closed, but she interrupted me and asked, “What’s your order?” in a rude tone.
After I placed my order, she started playing an Indian song on her phone, dancing, and looking at us as if she was joking around. I was with my family, and her behavior felt disrespectful and inappropriate. She seemed to be trying to irritate us and was showing a very bad attitude.
When I gave her my credit card for payment, she took the card, processed the transaction, then held onto my card while searching for the song on her phone. Only after that did she return my card. This made me very uncomfortable.
I sincerely request that the management review the video footage from around that time to see what happened. I felt discriminated against and very disappointed by this employee’s unprofessional conduct.
