hands-down tommy is the best employee ever !! from entry to exit he was absolutely seamless ! as someone who has been in the F&B industry for 20 years - I would be honored to have him on my team. he follows every instruction and truly enjoys what he does which is then reflected into your custom sammie ! this Primo is one of the cleanest ones I have ever been to and again you can tell that they truly care here !! if you’ve made is this far, which I hope you have… turkey diablo fully loaded extra OVM, add banana peppers - ask for tommy to make it …. you won’t be disappointed !

Stopped by today for lunch, after not having a Primo hoagie for some time, and was not disappointed. The young man at the front counter greeted us with a huge welcoming smile. Took our order happily and presented us with 2 beautiful hoagies. The store was super clean and the other employees behind the counter, were both actively working and not on their phones, like you see a lot of younger employees these days. Overall, it was a very good experience and we will definitely be back!

Terrible service placed order online all of my sandwiches were wrong. The manager Riddhi could do nothing for me But offer me loyalty points when I’m not a loyalty member
