Stopped by today for lunch, after not having a Primo hoagie for some time, and was not disappointed. The young man at the front counter greeted us with a huge welcoming smile. Took our order happily and presented us with 2 beautiful hoagies. The store was super clean and the other employees behind the counter, were both actively working and not on their phones, like you see a lot of younger employees these days. Overall, it was a very good experience and we will definitely be back!

Terrible service placed order online all of my sandwiches were wrong. The manager Riddhi could do nothing for me But offer me loyalty points when I’m not a loyalty member

I ordered a group corporate order and every time I order there is always something missing or missing! I am greatly disappointed. It does not look like we will be ordering from this place any more.
