Wait times for mobile orders are always terrible. Ordered a pick up large soft drink and waited 15+ minutes before i had to flag someone down. The staff doesn’t even acknowledge customers who walk in. If you want to go to a McDonald’s go to the Village Lane one in Macungie.

I waited 30 fing minutes in the line I get to the window only for them to tell me they dont have any coffee they could've told me that when I ordered instead I get to the window its like 20 workers in the damn McDonald's just standing around unacceptable it should've been made or I should've been told that they didn't have it when I ordered not 30 mins after waiting in line waste of time
