- JGJennifer GarciaJan 5, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this location for well over 10 years and recently the service and quality has seriously declined. 2 weeks ago I waited a pretty long time in the drive thru and was given a coffee that tasted like it was made with ocean water. Yesterday, the person serving the drive thru didn’t say anything to me at all and I received a cold brew that was made with stale coffee. Tried one last time today. The drive up line was really long at 12:15 pm so I went inside. I stood there at the counter for a few minutes and was never acknowledged. The worker looked at me several times and didn’t even say hello or I’ll be with you in a minute. She just went back to what she was doing. There was no one working the counter. So I left. There’s plenty of other locations nearby. I won’t be back to this one after today. I’d recommend going to any of the others. They have much better service.
