- JPJeff PDec 18, 20251.0I ordered online and sat in the parking spot for 30 minutes waiting for a small order. This was mid afternoon on a Thursday...so not even at a busy time. I could have gone to a restaurant, been seated, served, eaten and left in that amount of time. I ended up leaving without the order. I figured after 3 years of avoiding this location, they would have gotten their act together. It hasn't changed. This is one of the worst McDonalds around. Absolutely atrocious.

- NSNicky ShubaDec 5, 20251.0Failed to provide the chocolate milk that was ordered for two happy meals. Ruined the experience for my two young children resulting in frowns and tears. We do not eat fast food often and this was the treat they selected following a big achievement. It's a shame because other than a considerable wait after ordering well ahead, the rest of the food was fine. Support says to call the store to remedy, but it just rings and rings and rings for about 5 minutes before disconnecting each time. McDonald's corporate needs a better process for this if their stores fail to comply, it's certainly not this difficult at other chains. You all can reach out to me if you'd like to make it right, otherwise we will have our special meals elsewhere.
