Rachael took care of us. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and just a pleasure to speak to. Made the experience great.

When I saw an order brought up I asked if that was mine. The person said "Back off". I was standing at the counter. I asked for a manager and they just stood there. I had to go to the bar and ask for a manager from a friendly bar tender. When I spoke to a "Manager" they just stood there and stared at me. They never said a word. The rude person didnt even remember I had already paid. I don't know what happened to them but they should never be rude to a customer over a simple question. Side note, Manager training needs work too.

Wings showed up after another 5 to 7 minutes…after another 10 minutes the burgers showed up. Still no drinks - asked where the drinks were. Got an “oh” - a few minutes later they arrived. My drink was about 75% full. One of the burgers were made incorrectly and had to go back. While we here watched similar issues with 2 other tables. Nothing taken off bill for the mess - won’t be back. Champs is 100% better.
