    Delaney(SP?) our server was attentive, energetic, and fun. The food was very good, mozzarella sticks had a crispy breading and my steak sandwich had a pretty good roll. Motorsports-themed restaurant with lots of decorations to look at.

    This place was pretty cool. Hadnt been to one before but saw it while driving through the area. Food was pretty good, no real complaints but the service was amazing. Rachael took care of us. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and just a pleasure to speak to. Made the experience great.

    I was just so rudely treated by the person at the cash register I will never go to Quaker Steak and Rude again. I paid for my to go order and sat and waited. When I saw an order brought up I asked if that was mine. The person said "Back off". I was standing at the counter. I asked for a manager and they just stood there. I had to go to the bar and ask for a manager from a friendly bar tender. When I spoke to a "Manager" they just stood there and stared at me. They never said a word. The rude person didnt even remember I had already paid. I don't know what happened to them but they should never be rude to a customer over a simple question. Side note, Manager training needs work too.

    Never seen such poor service in a long time. Order drinks and food after a ten minute wait at the table. Wings showed up after another 5 to 7 minutes…after another 10 minutes the burgers showed up. Still no drinks - asked where the drinks were. Got an “oh” - a few minutes later they arrived. My drink was about 75% full. One of the burgers were made incorrectly and had to go back. While we here watched similar issues with 2 other tables. Nothing taken off bill for the mess - won’t be back. Champs is 100% better.
