  WORST DRIVE THRU EVER. Stood in the line for the drive thru for 25 mins (full stand still). Absolutely no explanation and they locked the inside so I can’t even get a refund for the food I ordered ahead for!

  Friend of mine ended up falling asleep while visiting this "establishment" late last night, ended up getting screamed out of the store and we aren't together sure but it's believed that very same employee stole her backpack as well. Not very kind service or respectful workers. Even is the food was made of gold I wouldn't eat here. To allow that to happen to a suspected homeless woman isn't ok. If I could give a half star I would. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

  10:30 pm: stood at the counter. Guy from the back was yelling. Realized he was yelling at me. Kiosk or drive thru. Me : what. Him: yelled again. Me: ordered two drinks. Him: put his fingers inside the cups as he placed them on the counter. I filled small drink. No lids under the small drink section. Went back to counter and had to yell to get the busy staff’s attention. Manager was nice and apologies. Mean guy brings out med lids and gruffly, rudely says, there is plenty out here. I said not under small. To which he rudely says, HERE! Then goes back to manager announcing there was plenty out there. …. Guess he thought the boss would be happy with that.

  I’m a big fan of mcdonald’s, some would say i’m a mcmillionaire. Personally, this mcds was a disappointment. I placed a mobile order the other day and when I got my order, it was missing an item. I realized it was probably an honest mistake so I decided to go in the store to ask about it. I came in with my receipt and when I talked to the cashier, I was told that they need to see the bag. I’m a pretty understanding person so I went back to get it. When I came back no one was at the register and I see the cashier on the other side of the kitchen just looking at me like I was insane. I decided to stay for a bit. After realizing that no one was coming to help, I just decided to leave never getting my item.

  Yesterday around 1:10 pm, It seemed like our order was about to be taken — until the employee saw who was in the car(Asian), and suddenly the headset went completely silent. After waiting 3–5 minutes while other lane orders went through, we drove up to the window, still unheard. When I asked why she didn’t respond, she insisted she did — then went to her manager and gave a rather creative retelling. Truly fascinating customer service dynamics… silence has never spoken louder.
