They cut them exactly the way we requested and the price was very reasonable. Took them home and made on my Blackstone. I would put these Filets up against the best steak houses around, including Ruth Chris. We will definitely be going back to Clay Godfrey’s!!

He took his time to give me tips and assured me it wasn't as hard as I thought. I also got a few whole chickens from him. The hog and chickens were great quality and at a reasonable price! We will be coming back.
