All the employees were just sitting in the back talking to each other. Took me 10 minutes for them to even notice me, despite me calling to them.

Food was very good and freshly made. The first time my fiancé came he got the fish and shrimp and then the chicken and fish. I got just the chicken. We were both satisfied and he was impressed with how good the food was. We went today and got extra crispy’s in our boxes, along with corn - which was as I remembered when it was on a cob from there, a pinch too much of black pepper. My fiancé also loved the coleslaw and hush puppies.
The restaurant however, I wish someone went around and cleaned tables because half the tables are full of crumbs. I know the restaurant is old and dated but it’s not hard to keep it clean.
Both times we went there was a handful of people enjoying their meals inside and the noise level was kept to a good volume (I can’t remember if there was music playing).
I rang the bell the first visit and employees graciously thanked me, my fiancé rang it today and no one said a word.

Rarely I will eat Long John Silver's. When in the area I've gone to this store a couple of times and got sick from it. This time I went inside. I did that because I wanted to make sure the food was fresh and my truck doesn't fit well in their drive-thru and I hate my tires scraping on anything. So inside right away the counters are dirty from fingerprints which I don't like. It grosses me out. But it wasn't too bad. I just didn't touch it and it is a greasy food so there you go. But right away the guy at the register turned around and sneezed into the space all behind the registers. That was nice that he turned away from me being covered his face or anything he sneezed all over. I don't want to breathe that when it's circulates back around to the front and I don't like that he sneezed all over the stuff. I rarely eat it and I didn't know if you get sides or whatever I just didn't know and he couldn't give me a straight answer. He was very polite. Then finally we get the order in. I go to pay for it and the card machine shuts down. He didn't know what to do and got the other lady to tell him to unplug the card reader so he had to move the cabinet to unplug the card reader and then I had to wait and I was like well could you just use the other register. Then he said well your orders in you just have to pay for it. And then my foot is broken and had surgery and I'm standing there and standing there and the lady behind me was laughing because it was almost comical. I did think about walking out but I was already in there. I asked for the waffle fries that I never had with a side of cheese. When I got outside on my broken foot and climbed in my truck to eat my food while it was still hot, the cheese was on top of the fries which kind of makes them inedible to me. Everything was actually hot this time and not all grease soaked. Anytime you go to that store you got a plan for traffic and for problems and make sure you don't get sick. Overall though yesterday's food which is the end result..... it was pretty good. I forgot to mention that I got a basket of two pieces of fish with the fries and the two hush puppies with a drink. There's no sugar-free non-carbonated option and what used to be like $8 is now $14. The size of the fish is much smaller than I remembered.
Update: I ended up getting pretty sick from that guy sneezing all over in the air. Not cool
