Today, I visited your location to redeem some of those rewards and order food for my kids. I used the kiosk and placed five separate orders. As I finished placing the fifth one, an employee came up to me and, rather abruptly, said, “Just so you know, you can’t place more than four separate orders at a time.” When I asked why, she told me it “sends a red flag to corporate and they can deactivate your app.” I mentioned that didn’t sound right, and she responded curtly, “I’m just letting you know!” I’m reaching out to understand why this location — unlike others I’ve visited during this promotion — is enforcing such a rule. The Jamison and Warrington locations have always been kind and accommodating; they usually wait until I’m finished and place all my orders together in one bag. I visit the Richboro location often because my children love the play place, but this experience left me disappointed and confused. Could someone please clarify whether this “four-order limit” is an official policy or a misunderstanding?
