Well in the last week 4 different times I have gotten my coffee and it taste absolutely horrible. I have to go back around and ask them to remake it and then it taste fine. Most of the time the employees are very nice about it but there are some that roll their eyes or give attitude. I just ignore it, if I’m paying $5 for a code I want it made the correct way… I’m half tempted to start going 3 more miles up the road to the one on Prospect t Road. It just so disappointing.

I order my coffee with regular sugar & get liquid sugar instead. Small detail. A piece of advice, I always order ahead of time some times last minute & I know this, but maybe not make comments to your customers like "year we just got it so we are still working on it" I know it's going to take time I'm fully aware when I put the order in. Maybe try saying something a little nicer. I'll be driving a longer distance to get my order from now on.
