I order my coffee with regular sugar & get liquid sugar instead. Small detail. A piece of advice, I always order ahead of time some times last minute & I know this, but maybe not make comments to your customers like "year we just got it so we are still working on it" I know it's going to take time I'm fully aware when I put the order in. Maybe try saying something a little nicer. I'll be driving a longer distance to get my order from now on.

First time was a messed up drink, second was our separate orders of donut holes were combined into 1 bag and was miss counted, third was they gave us the wrong flavor of donut holes and messed up a drink. Every time we bring it up they offer to fix it with no extra charge but it is still frustrating.
