Just a completely garbage location; whomever owns this understaffed, over worked, beaten to hell location should be ashamed of themselves....but whomever it is own a McDonalds, so apparently they have never heard of shame.

- LLLeonelaDec 15, 20251.0Subject: Unsanitary Food Handling & Poor Service Staff needs better training. When my food was brought to the table, the employee dropped a straw on the floor. She then used her shoe to quickly pull the straw from under the table and placed it on my food tray. I immediately removed the straw and addressed the issue, as this was extremely unsanitary. In addition, my order took 30 minutes to arrive and was incomplete. When the food finally came out, the tray had no paper liner, allowing the food to touch the tray directly, which is also unsanitary. This experience was unacceptable and not in line with basic food safety standards. I strongly recommend additional staff training to prevent this from happening again.
