I saw that they started selling krispy krunchy chicken so I decided to give it another try since we love the chicken. They told me it would be a 15 minute wait. That was perfectly fine. It turned in to 50 minutes of me waiting there and finally got the food after many times of asking. The chicken was not good and all they gave was dark meat. The mashed potatoes were cold and I never received the correct amount. The Mac and cheese was flavorless. The biscuits were totally not made correctly and squirted with cold honey…not glazed like they are supposed to be. I ended up just asking for my money back for the mashed potatoes because they were going to make me wait even more time than I already had. They gave me a coupon card for free food for my next visit and it was so bad I wouldn’t go back even if the food was free. I will just drive to Fleetwood next time I want krispy krunchy chicken.
