Today I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee and used reward points off of my app. The woman handed it to me at the window and the drink is literally all creamer. I told the woman I get these all the time and it’s not right. She said if she makes it again it’ll turn out the same way. Super disappointed I wasted my points on something I had to throw out. If I spent my money on this I would’ve given it back and demanded my money back bc it’s inedible.
