I've stopped here twice on the way into work. 1 time with 15 minutes to spare, 1 time with 22 minutes to spare. Both times I ended up at work with less than 5 minutes after leaving Dunkin and I work in a building on Progress Ave literally a 5 minute walk and a 1 minute drive. Both times I ordered ahead on the app because at any other well functioning Dunkin that saves everyone time. Not here. The line is always wrapped around the building and moving at a snails pace or there is no line but still expect the same time frame. Both times my drink did not taste right and 1 of those times coffee grounds made it into my cookie butter cold brew. I'll spend the extra money to go down the road to Press to get a drink made right and in a timely manner.
