  Our experience with your store was absolutely horrible. We ordered two blizzards during the promotion buy one get one and not only did the employee not ring it up with the sale but when we asked she responded with "oh its to late I already rang it up you should have asked before I did the sale." It should not be up to the customer to make sure employees are selling products correctly. Not only was she borderline rude and unapologetic she made not attempt to correct or make up for her mistake. Once we received our blizzards not only were they not turned unside down (either of them) but they were so running it might as well have been a thin milkshake. The service and quality is horrendous and I would expect better from a DQ place of business.

  Very dissapointed in this DQ. While eating at the food court I was going to get my children ice cream . For the 30 minites that we sat there the Manager as well as two of the employees carried on a comversation with two teens. The manager being an adult should not allow visits and loitering while employees ate at work.

  Friendly service. A bit limited of a menu but they do awesome with the smallllllll amount of space. Cakes included.
