Strange though: I ordered a hot mocha, it took a while to make, the barista apologized that they "were out of whipped cream," I said "that's ok," and she replied: "but you paid for the whipped cream." Everywhere else, this is added and built into the price of the drink. I got my 2/3 full cup of coffee and it did taste great. Charging separately for whipped cream is a "silly thing" in my opinion.

- AAArynNov 28, 20255.0I went here with my friend on Black Friday. It was really busy, and when we set foot in the store, a man came and apologized for the wait as soon as we got there. He didn’t need to apologize, but it showed that they cared. We waited in a little bit of a line, and we quickly got the Gingersnap Latte. It was a great experience. We really enjoyed the cafe’s atmosphere. Everyone was super helpful and welcoming. We will be back, no doubt! It’s a wonderful location to have coffee.

How do I bank at a Capital One Café?
Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card
- Lock and unlock your debit card
- Change your debit card PIN
- Receive sign-in support
- Update account information like your address, phone number and email address
- Place or remove a stop payment on a check or ACH

Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
