Crazy to charge for sauce in the first place and then to not even give it is crazy. I’m literally out like a whole meal on extra charges for Big Mac sauce I’ve never gotten at this point 😂

And when I called them back the staff was so rude and when I asked if I was gonna get my money back they just said ok I even asked if I could return it and get money back and then they just kept saying okay. And then they hung up on me this is the worst costumer service experience ever. I would definitely recommend going to a different location not the one on Nutt road unless you want rude service.
