Thankfully he will eat McDonalds and that alone is worth 5 stars. However, the Phoenixville McDonald’s employees are literally always friendly, timely, and our orders are always hot and right. This is the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to.

The store was pretty busy, but that was not an excuse for the negative attitude all of the staff had. The person at the drive through was aggressive, and they waited until the third person to tell us they didn't have the pumpkin coffee. Okay, whatever, I asked for a caramel instead. We got the rest of our order and instead of hash browns they gave us two small fries. When we asked about it, we were given more attitude and told they were out of hash browns, and the window was closed. The value of the items they replaced the hash browns with us less than what we paid. No refund was offered. TLDR; The customer service was just a mess. They didn't have half our order, neglected to tell us, then got mad when we noticed that they replaced the missing items with cheaper substitutions.
