My only gripe about this place was the parking situation, there is no parking lot, just say a prayer and hold your breath. We came for a late night dinner here after a show at about midnight, the Doordash & Uber Eats were a consistent flow. The waitress/hostess, the daughter of the owner was very hospitable and kind, great service. Free Pakoras were a hit! Evey dish we ordered was tasty, but every dish had bell peppers and onion chunks. The Lamb Kharai was the best I've had in a while, good portion, and not too many bones, with a thick delicious gravy that I enjoyed very much with the Garlic Naan. The Lamb Chops were good, nice seasoning, and char flavor from the Tandoor. The Rasmalai didn't taste housemade, but it was still good. The packaged Kulfi Ice Cream for $5 each was a bit steep in my opinion, as I usually get them for about half the price at the grocery store.

Best Indian I've had in Philly. Love the mixed vegetable curry, punjabi chole, lamb vindaloo, and vegetable biryani.

I’ve been to many Indian restaurants in North Carolina and Pennsylvania, both suburbs and Philly. This was one of the best ones better than Thanal or veda or any place in the suburbs. I can tell that they use fresh ingredients from the taste. The dish I use to measure these places are my go tos. Veggie samosa, butter chicken, and Ras malai. Their samosa was crispy on the outside and soft and mushy on the inside just like how it’s supposed to be. The butter chicken was fantastic, not overly sweet like some places make it (which tastes like they dumped a few spoonfuls of sugar in) but still having the sweetness and slight tanginess imparted from the tomato. The spices were literally perfect and really brought out the flavor of the chicken. The chicken itself is tender and was nice and hot when the dish was served to me, which means they probably pulled the chicken out of the oven before the butter chicken was served to me. No other place I’ve been to has had that and that says a lot of their commitment to piping hot fresh food for their diners. The Ras malai had the perfect texture and tasted like honey milk. Oh yeah almost forgot but I also got a mango lassi and it was chef’s kiss mango deliciousness. Literally 11/10 experience with the food alone, and the attentive and accommodating waitress made it a 15/10. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area, and thanks for the complimentary pakora! Price is super reasonable for the pure deliciousness you get.

I don't know how this place does it, consistently knocking it out of the park every time we order from them. I really mean it, I'm confident that when we order, every time we can expect a delicious meal, that are respectable portions and extremely flavorful every time. Also, I had no idea that chicken could be this flavorful, their Chicken Malai Kebab is great and is one of our favorite dishes there besides of course butter chicken and their veggie dishes, Baingan Bharta, Chaat Papri etc. Thank you guys for making great Indian food accessible to our neighborhood!
