  Food is never not even doing an in-store pickup. When I got there I had to wait and then food was still cold after a 5 minute drive.

  I was overcharged at this store over $30 for a single pizza. this was the most expensive pizza that I have ever seen (around $60) but even that was defective and went straight to an outside rubbish bin. The most interesting thing about the whole incident is that no one picked it up at night as there are always pedestrians, some are homeless...

  The worst customer service ever. Employees are very unprofessional. I had an incident that happened due to Pizza Hut giving the DD driver the wrong delivery address. The driver treated me like I did something wrong and left my food on the sidewalk. She was a 5 minute drive from me. I'm out of 50 dollars and i initiated my refund on 11/8. I'm still waiting on the call or email I was supposed to get in 1-3 business days. When i was finally able to get someone on the phone today she said "We don't do refunds, most we can do is remake the food". I explained that I will be needing my refund and not accepting anything else. She said "call your credit card and cancel it" lol. People are unbelievable. Pizza Hut do better.

  We ordered three items: honey bbq wings, Cinnabons, a brownie. Paid cash. Received a cookie, dry wings. Have been on the phone for more than a hour just trying to reach someone to correct this error. Was hanged up on, with no one picking up. Calling with two different phones. No reply from either, just the same inane message repeating over and over. There is a chat that ends the session if you don’t type fast enough. Probably a bot/AI. Not the first time there had been an issue with our order, but this time they just don’t want to deal with their mistake. The chat recommends going to the store to deal with this in person. Not a great option, since the reason we ordered delivery was because it would be very expensive to go into the store. Still, that, or a couple of compensation pizzas, were our only choices. Will not be ordering again. Good thing we didn’t order more. Heading to deal with this in store. And still on hold with the same inane message repeating. Unbelievable! At least they got the Cinnabons right. UPDATE - seems like there are serious phone issues and the store has been trying to resolve them all day. Having resolved that hurdle we did receive a refund. They were very apologetic about the issue. Now my irritation is with corporate, for poor maintenance of the store, which led me to think so poorly of them. Still not happy with the expense incurred but glad the issues were resolved.

  What bothers me is that it seems when you call, the phone is off the receiver. It is always busy.
