  Great food - seafood and steak, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Ocean Prime serves the best sautéed shrimp I’ve had anywhere. The branzino was also outstanding—though I’m not sure why it was removed from the menu. The restaurant is exceptionally well managed, and the bartenders craft some of the best cocktails around. Special recognition to Alexis, who delivers truly outstanding customer service at the bar and elevates the entire dining experience.

  My family dined at Ocean Prime for my son's 17th birthday / New Year's Eve. It was a wonderful meal, with excellent service. I highly recommend if you're looking to eat at a nice restaurant in the city.

  Reserved a dinner for my 1 month anniversary, best service by everyone that worked there . Bathrooms are clean 10/10. The food was amazing. I wanna thank the staff that made our night the best . Especially towards the end when our server brought out our cake . They were nice enough to put it on the house . 12/29/25

  If I could rate this place a 0, I would. I normally don’t leave reviews, but my birthday experience here was extremely disappointing. I called four days in advance to ask if they had cakes and if staff would come out to sing “Happy Birthday.” I was told yes. On the day of my birthday, I brought my own cake and paid the $20 cake fee. When it was time to cut the cake, I told the server they could come out now. He said they don’t do that. I explained what I was told over the phone, but instead I was just asking for a knife or butter knife since he had taken everything. He told me they don’t bring knives out and offered to take my cake to the back to cut it and bring it back. I hesitated but agreed. I had a very large cake, and when it came back, there were only 10 slices of cake in a container. I didn’t realize until after we left. I tried calling and even went back, but the doors were locked and they said they were closed. On top of that, I asked for the bill to be split between 9 people. The server said no problem and brought separate checks for everyone’s food. However, instead of properly splitting the automatic gratuity, everyone paid their bills thinking everything was settled. Then he came back with another bill for almost $300. So let me get this straight: • Paid $20 to bring my cake • They didn’t sing happy birthday • My cake was taken and not fully returned • Billing and gratuity were mishandled • Ended up with an unexpected extra $300 charge This experience completely ruined my birthday. I truly feel taken advantage of and will never return or recommend this place to anyone.

  Amazing experience. The food is out of this world. The atmosphere is wonderful. The kitchen will make any adjustments to your meal that you require for personal, health or religious reasons. And if you want a unique cocktail, try the Berry Bubbler. The glass has dry ice on the inside, so your drink literally bubbles.
