    Roccp was great and very accommodating. Staff was very friendly and acknowledged my wife and I as we went through line. Rocco should be in Mgt. Thank you. Everyone in that store should get a perk. If you've never been in a store and the staff was as great as they were that means that that they're that good all the time. This comes from retirement from retail 35 years.

    My last order on 12/22/25 from the 37th & Walnut St location was absolutely horrible. My brown rice was totally undercooked, hard as hell. Because I ordered from their direct website there was no provision for me to leave a review or complaint for that specific order. I pray this complaint is eventually reviewed! We as customers spend a great deal of money with HoneyGrow to be short changed on our orders.

    I rarely go to honeygrow but when I do I’ll make sure to comeback at this location the food was outstanding the location in the mix of the downtown scenery was beautiful the music was lively and the service was out of this world nothing but smiles and positivity once you enter 10/10 recommend

    The food's great with many options to customize your order just the way you like it, and Johanna will make sure you're taken care of! With a 5 star smile and service that comes with it, she's patient, quick to show you the ropes and before you know it, your order's ready! Overall an excellent experience from start to finish, thank you Johanna!

    Today while ordering online for delivery there was a mix up and it ordered for pickup, I called the store and spoke with Johanna and her manager and they quickly rectified the situation for me with a refund for my 1st order and the correct delivery for my 2nd order. They were very professional, pleasant, and understanding thru the whole process and numerous phone calls!!! Thank you again Johanna and her manager.... YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!
