- MMMae MessersmithDec 31, 20251.0I feel horribly for the employees at this location as it was massively understaffed on a night management should have known would be busy. I understand it’s a holiday, however if you plan on keeping your location open you need to staff adequately for the demand. When ordering it took over 10 mins to speak with someone, who expressed that he was the only one working tonight and was doing his best. There are people in cars ahead of me actively screaming at each other to move stating theyve been waiting upwards or 40 mins for orders. The service is unacceptable and the pressure and expectation put on a solo employee is downright inhumane. I worked at a McDonalds for 5 years, I went to hamburger university- I know the expectations of the company. I also know how mentally draining it is to have customers yelling at you for slow service when you are the one picking up slack for poor management and company foresight. In the future, if you are unprepared to handle customer demand and uphold the values and standards of the company on a holiday- close. Respect your employees mental health. Do better.

- SSSue SnyderNov 29, 20251.0I think this is the 1st time in my life I had a bad experience in a MacDonalds. This morning, I went in, used kiosk, and ordered Sausage Egg McMuffin with No butter. One coffee, no sugar, but extra cream. I got a Sausage McMuffin loaded with butter, and no cheese. And a black coffee with no cream at all. I'm not sure if people don't like their job or just don't care.
