Going through drive thru for the past two times I was met with rude customer service with the person taking the order being verbally harsh although I have not gotten thru to my order fully yet in asking about what size drink I wanted where I just left the line as she seem to be shouting into the speaker and dismissive.

Ordered a golden hour refresher, and they had no clue what it was after trying to educate them as to the sign and the information online, I told them to change to ice tea and lemonade and got just a lemonade!! They told me I should’ve called ahead of time to order or used my phone next time. Try the one up the road.
