I ordered a turkey hoagie with mayo, pickle and onion. I sat down and waited for 10 minutes. At the 10 minute mark I asked how my sandwich was coming, it's been 10 minutes. She said yeah, we are busy, very snotty. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE had come in in the 27 minutes Ive been here other than. Another 5 minutes passes by and my sandwich comes out and the bread is so stale that it's falling apart in rock hard pieces. The younger guy who was working was very nice and apologized. I feel bad for him as she continues to berate him behind the counter, so loud that I can hear it, saying "focus, focus, focus". I will say too, I come here often and EVERYONE else is more than friendly. It's sad that one person can ruin and experience.
