It was for a small party. I called and the owner was extremely rude and eventually handed the phone off to a much nicer employee but they then just simply left the phone and I was stuck talking to nobody. I got my money back because I now had a party of people eating 6-hour cold pizza. I understand if the system isn’t working, but the customer service is very terrible. I am very frustrated and disappointed.

The orders always correct & hot to go. It survives because it's in a great location and the deals are actually awesome for on the go groups.
