Slowest mcdonalds ive ever seen in my life. I dont think its possible for them to get an order ready in less than 15 minutes, let alone get it right. Biggest joke ever🤡

Drive thru was packed... went inside to order @ counter, no issues... 34 minutes to wait for my food is "UNACCEPTABLE "!!!

I only gave it 2 stars because my fries were still hot. When I got to the window I was greeted by a not so friendly face. After she handed me my order (which was missing the drink) she stared at me blankly saying nothing, so i asked for my drink. Her response was what took the cake.
She says, "What? What drink? What is it?" I sat at that pickup window long enough for her to know the drink in my mobile order.
Won't be coming back here again

This McDonalds is usually slow, but today was unreal. I spoke with a woman that had been in the drive thru for over an hour and they still got her order wrong and she had been waiting inside an additional half hour. I ordered a single McMuffin sandwich and waited a half an hour, but was going to be late for another event. I ended up canceling my order. The manager was explaining that they had too many people off. However, as she talked she stopped working. She was sweet and I felt band, but imho she did not have the skill set to be in management.

I picked up my mobile order in the drive thru at around 10:15 tonight the gentleman who handed me my order was kind and accidentally forgot I had a mobile order the lady behind him started yelling that she told him that two times already I just didn’t think it was necessary I got my order in the end I don’t think he should’ve been treated or yelled at like that it definitely affected him and I did not appreciate experiencing that .
