  this place is a complete zoo. went in there, waited 15 minutes for my order to get taken another 15-20 for my food then it was the complete wrong food. frustrated, i just asked for my money back so i could go somewhere else and the lady (short and older) was like “well where’s your receipt, i always give receipts” when in fact she walked off after taking my order before giving me one. everyone was so disorganized and arguing it was ridiculous

  Absolutely horrible service the manager was incredibly rude it took 45 minutes just for them to get our food for it to be the wrong order they just threw someone else’s food in our bag none of it being anything close to what we ordered ,they never gave us our drinks. Definitely will not be returning to this location they are not worth your time or money.

  Theres no redeeming qualities here anymore. The app is terrible and glitches constantly. This store is incredibly slow. Most of the time the orders will come out either cold or incorrect. I'm purely writing a 1 star review so their rating drops more and hopefully corporate will pay attention to this disaster location

  There is something seriously wrong with this place. It’s easily the worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately I have to say enough is enough. I can’t keep giving them our business. Every single time the order is wrong and I am forced to wait forever. Tonight was the final straw. Pulled up to my pickup spot and waited over 30 minutes. The guy in the car to my right after waiting forever went inside to see what the problem was and why his order wasn’t coming out. Same with the guy on my left. A kid came out and brought an order to another lady and she told him it wasn’t her order. He came and asked me if it was mine and I told him no and that everyone has been waiting over 30 minutes. He apologized and proceeded to tell me that this McDonald’s sucks. He literally said that. My order finally came and guess what? It was wrong! I ordered 2 happy meals. One with nuggets and one with a hamburger. I also ordered another hamburger on the side for my daughter. Both happy meals arrived with no fries. One had 2 packs of apples for some reason and the extra hamburger was completely missing. Went inside to tell them and I couldn’t even get it fixed because no employees were helping customers. There were people standing waiting to place orders and one turned to me and just said “good luck” because no employees were helping customers. This is pathetic. They should just shut this McDonald’s down and put something else there. What a joke this location has become. I lit had to just go home knowing that I paid for a bunch of stuff that I didn’t even receive. Absolutely horrendous.
