  Person taking orders barely spoke to us, didn’t say thank you or have a nice day or here’s your receipt. Not the right position for her. They waited until the pickup window to let us know they didn’t have apple pies. Took the holiday pie instead but it was terrible and the Coke was flat.

  I use McDonald's at a treat, not a everyday or other day food source. Maybe that's where I fail or expect higher standards. Every time I've been to this McDonald's and sadly to its the closest to me, there is a problem, one time the employees didn't open on time, they all stood there as a few of us were trying to get food. Other times it's the lack luster gentleman who asks you if you have used your app, or at least that what you think he says, cause he talks like his mouth is full. But I always stay positive and thank him and tell him to have a good day, even though he can't do this to me, the customer. Then we pull up to get the food, the person there is normally pleasant, but like us all they forget things, straws, napkins, and what not..but unfortunately when I get home after the entire debacle, I find out my food has no pride in it's making and just thrown together and the other stuff I order isn't cooked fully, just a rush job. There's no excuse for any of this cause I show up when there's no one else in line, no reason to get rushed or horrible mistaken service. This McDonald's needs to do better.

  The only good thing about this McDonalds is that they can be quite quick, other than that expect your order to be wrong, cold, and gross. Got a sweet tea that was filled with tea leaves the other day and can't comprehend how they possibly either couldn't see that or thought that was okay to serve. This was the first time I got tea from them, and confidently I can say it will be the last

  They mess up your orders a lot. I go about every morning. Today I used my code for a free caramel frappe as every morning it never goes through and takes the money off. Although the app says it went through. I asked the cashier if it took the money off she said yes. I looked at the receipt and I was charged. So I said that it wasn't deducted they made me another frappe instead of giving my money back. My son ended up late for school because it took so long. It's every morning they mess something up or it doesn't deduct the frappe off on their end but it does mine.

  Let see, I always go in the restroom door. Guy cleaning floor let me in. It was 10 am . Door was not unlocked in morning. He said he would tell the manager to unlock it. Sat there and hour eating our meal. Sister eat slow. 10 mins layer some else trys, its still locked. That guy went around, mumble as he went to the restroom first, like many of us do that he s not eating here now. Goung to checkers. So I went to the counter to let them know since they forgot. 3 people tried to come through the door through the next 30 mins. One came around. Grumbling too. At least he did go back and order and sat down to eat. The next 2.tried the door and just left. I would have left them in, too old and slow to get there. So I went to the counter again to get him know he was losing customers. He said, I don't care. 5 mins later her goes over and unlocked the door. Took 1 min. Well never mind his rudeness. The problem you all have is not enough workers. The drive up was packed from 10 on we left and still many people. I take it the manager was running the inside order register since he waited on me. So I don't blame him for being upset to the point he says I don't care. This is why there is such a big turn over in fast food restaurants. You get alot of younger people who are mostly temporary. Your lucky if they stick it out 4 months. On the registers you could hire seniors who are retired early. They at least know how to give change when you hand them cash. When a bill is 4 dollars and 5 cents, and you hand them a 5$ bill and a nickel and they respond you gave me too much money and try to give you the nickel back. Then you explain to then, just give me a dollar back. And they look confused. I tell them to put 5.05 in the register and it will tell you give a Dollar back. So check their math skills. I used to be a waitress so I know the stress it can be on you. So hire more people. It will keep everyone happy.
