    Let see, I always go in the restroom door. Guy cleaning floor let me in. It was 10 am . Door was not unlocked in morning. He said he would tell the manager to unlock it. Sat there and hour eating our meal. Sister eat slow. 10 mins layer some else trys, its still locked. That guy went around, mumble as he went to the restroom first, like many of us do that he s not eating here now. Goung to checkers. So I went to the counter to let them know since they forgot. 3 people tried to come through the door through the next 30 mins. One came around. Grumbling too. At least he did go back and order and sat down to eat. The next 2.tried the door and just left. I would have left them in, too old and slow to get there. So I went to the counter again to get him know he was losing customers. He said, I don't care. 5 mins later her goes over and unlocked the door. Took 1 min. Well never mind his rudeness. The problem you all have is not enough workers. The drive up was packed from 10 on we left and still many people. I take it the manager was running the inside order register since he waited on me. So I don't blame him for being upset to the point he says I don't care. This is why there is such a big turn over in fast food restaurants. You get alot of younger people who are mostly temporary. Your lucky if they stick it out 4 months. On the registers you could hire seniors who are retired early. They at least know how to give change when you hand them cash. When a bill is 4 dollars and 5 cents, and you hand them a 5$ bill and a nickel and they respond you gave me too much money and try to give you the nickel back. Then you explain to then, just give me a dollar back. And they look confused. I tell them to put 5.05 in the register and it will tell you give a Dollar back. So check their math skills. I used to be a waitress so I know the stress it can be on you. So hire more people. It will keep everyone happy.

    We use this McDonald's alot ok and my main complaint is that if yunz are going to charge for ranch or sweet and sour sauce then make sure u give it. I just got back literally asked the boy at the drive thru window is my ranch in the bag and without hesitation he said yes. I should've known better and checked cuz low and behold I get home and no ranch anywhere but yet yunz make sure to charge for it now.

    My how McDonald's has changed; not for the better! I stopped in about two weeks ago and waited for my order. I ate inside the fries were dead and the coffee was cold. Second time for cold coffee in the past few months. I thought it would be a reasonable quick option; but, it was neither. I was a manager of a large Hardee's in the 80's; before I returned to grad school. McDonald's had more going for it back then. I took pride in working and so did the people I employed. In less than one year managed to turn that Hardee's into the top the region. For those of us older apps are not our cup of tea; nor is it placing an order in a computer! Giving discounts to those who use smart phones while ignoring those of use who are traditional buyers is alienating. You deny discounts to those of us older, for the most part, who don't use apps on smart phone and pay in cash. The atmosphere has changed in the past few years; it once was kind of friendly and relaxing. Today being inside the dining room is an uncomfortable feeling. McDonald's clearly wants one ting money as the designs don't get it. Here the direction is clear cheapen everything from the food, service and the inside experience. I wasn't even asked if my order was for here or to go it was bagged. There is a real move I see at McDonald's these days; profit over all else. It will be a dark day before I ever eat at a McDonald's again!
