    First it took 45 minutes to get our food. I ordered a Bacon add egg and a slice of pizza. First piece they brought out was ice cold. The sandwich was a giant mound of slaw with what looked like bacon bits and pieces of fries. They also did not bring out the side of slaw and pickles my wife ordered and my daughter’s dressing. I sent the items back and the second piece was not much warmer and somewhat soggy. At that point I figured it’s $2 chalk it up as a loss. The sandwich was slightly better at least the pieces of bacon were whole and not crumbled. The waitress was pretty much non existent as who I’m guessing was the manager brought our food out and had them remake mine. He was the lone bright spot on this visit. I felt bad for him as I’m sure most of the other tables were having the same experience. I’ve never had this kind of experience at any of the other locations.

    Love this place. You rarely have to wait to be seated. Most waitstaff are wonderful. Food is usually very good and if it's not, they'll fix it. Cider on tap is always flat, so I've learned not to order it. Great rewards program. Very loud and packed when there's a game. Great kids menu. Great kielbasa. Very good cheesesteak. I enjoy this place a lot and visit at least once a month.

    We were here a few weeks ago. I showed up with 13 ice hockey kids. The manager and all the staff didn’t bat an eye. Perfect, nice and positive attitudes. They absolutely rock at this location. 100% satisfied!

    Quality and taste of food is hit and miss. Won't order pizza again. Mushrooms were raw and overloaded with black olives. Sauce was way too sweet. Had a salad with grilled chicken--chicken was rubbery. This was a few days ago. Today I took a chance and ordered the same salad. Was perfect.
