Deals are awful. Didn’t get much and was easily $100 check. Deals shown on their website were not honored. They Didn’t have any pretzels and once your bill comes the server forgets all about you even though the restaurant is empty.

My husband got the cheese steak bomb it had some funny tasting seasoning on the meat and since when did the French fries change to hard skinny ones they were horrible. I got the fish and mine was just ok. Probably won't be going there for a while if ever.

On line order that got lost in cyberspace. Stuff happens. But I feel once they realized that they rushed the order through. The pizza was undercooked and the wings were rubbery.

Godawful. The worst, flavorless, flaccid fries on a sandwich made with thick slices of equally flavorless bread. I thought maybe my taste buds were broken, but I could taste my beer. The fish sandwich was a greasy pile of what I suppose was food, but was about as flavorful as a piece of paper. Maybe you have to be born in Pittsburgh to get it, but I've been to 3 different Primanti's, had three different items, and each time was appalled, as were my dining partners (all of us are from NYC).

We are from out of state and friends who are from here said "you can't come to Pittsburgh and not go to Primanti Bros". It's supposed to be iconic for their sandwiches.
First let me say the interior was fun and we were happy with our service.
The sandwich wasn't great.
We got the original Ruben. We couldn't wait to try it. What is pictured on the menu and what we got was sad looking.
Plus they ran out of Rye bread and substituted it for white Italian bread.
Darn it. Second, no tomato and third the corned beef beef over cooked and tough. This did not make for a great experience 😕
Left disappointed 😔
