My most recent visit was not great either. The beer was hardly cold and most of the food wasn't cooked right. cold wings, hardly any cheese on the "cheese fries", and the pizza had hard chunks of dried dough on the bottom of it. It looked horrible and tasted horrible. This location needs better oversight of its employees and food. My server was great.
